「Exceeded our expectations」

「We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient.」

「This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. 「The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. 「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」
