"The staff was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. They walked us to our room after we checked in and they booked our tours for us. They provided umbrellas and always asked if we needed anything. The location was unmatched as far as walkability, food, shopping and convenience. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in ANY hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The decor was modern and beautiful. It was our first time in Prague and we will definitely be returning and staying...

"Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds.
