「Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware.」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is...

「The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「The room was beautiful! I stayed in the Presidential suite because the price was so good. It was a very spacious room and bathroom was large as well. I had a refrigerator in the room which was also a great thing. The room was a bit chilly and the space heater didn’t do a good job of warming it up. The staff was also sweet and helpful. The room is on a very loud and chaotic alley though and the party goes on all night.」

「The building is a historical landmark, and you can feel it. Extremely clean, well kept, and properly decorated and furnished. The staff were polite and helpful, service was excellent. Breakfast was superb, fresh with an ample array of options.」
