Beautiful hotel close to the historical downtown and Wanchaq bus station. Great service, wonderful breakfast. The room’s decorations and the bathroom were beyond expectations - very cute and clean. We enjoyed staying there.

Great hotel! Easy 20 min walk to the main square, great breakfast with a large selection of food, very comfortable beds. Our original triple occupancy room wasn’t available so the hotel graciously gave us two separate rooms instead. The larger room with the king bed had a fridge. Only thing I hoped for was complimentary bottled water or a kettle in the rooms, although the lobby had tea and there was bottled water available for purchase at the desk. Overall, would recommend!

Great hotel

The rooms were wonderful and the entire family was extremely happy.the deep soaking tub and rainfall shower were great after walking and hiking all day. Maybe a 15 min walk to the center with very long blocks. Enchanting main plaza at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Lift was out during part of our stay. Spent ages waiting on hot water as well. So not impressed by the facilities of this place. Breakfast was good though hot food options were limited (scrambled eggs, omelette). There's a few good restaurants near here but it's a bit of walk from the historical centre. It's not on a main road though so don't have the car horns/dog barking that other hotels had!

All truth and nothing but the truth

It's a nice, quality place for a reasonable price. I wanted to thank Yuri Bruno, one of the staff there. He put in significant effort to get a postal shipment to the US for us. That's the type of helpful staff all hotels should have; he way deserves a promotion! The breakfast was great. We also liked that there is an excellent restaurant 100 meters away from the hotel. Finally, do not hesitate to get a room here with a jacuzzi: it's nice!! Please note that the hotel is not in downtown, so it is quieter.

Great hotel thats close to most things and in a quiet locale as well. We needed a room for 3 with 3 beds. Beds were very nice and firm with plenty of blankets and pillows as well. Outlets were not really accessible per bed. One bed they were hidden behind the bed (you had to move the bed to find it), otherwise the closest one to it was under a desk that you have to scoot under to get to. The room is quite spacious and has plenty of luggage storage and closet space. Bathroom has all the amenities and a lot of space. It is also handicap accessible as is the rest of the hotel and elevator. I only had one issue with its design. There is a door stop for the shower door that is near the toilet making it easy to stumble on or stub your toe (most door stops in a room are near a door vs the walkpath). They also make breakfast bags to go when you have early morning tours/flights (we needed them for 3am). The only minor shortfall is the front entrance street is under construction so some tours may want you to meet elsewhere. But its close to a corner and they can park on the other street and easily come in for you. The satff are very friendly and courteous (giving directions and suggestions). I would highly recomment this hotel for a stay!

La instalación eléctrica en las habitaciones es 220 V y a mi esposa se le quemó la secadora de pelo y su cepillo de pelo eléctrico y el hotel aunque nos facilito unos transformadores convertidores de 220 a 110 también se quemaron. El hotel no respondió por los equipos que se nos quemaron
