Amazing Hotel!

Amazing staff, location and service. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very kind and let us keep our luggage there while we were site seeing. The location was a 5-6 min walk to the center of town. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco.

I had a great stay at Los Portales. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a great location close to restaurants and the main square—super convenient for exploring the area. Absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend this place enough! They just get all the details right. The bed is perfect, the towels are amazingly soft, the staff are incredibly kind, always accommodating and willing to help in any way. I struggled a bit with the altitude sickness, and the staff genuinely cared to help make my stay as comfortable as possible, bringing me tea and going above and beyond to make sure I was okay. The location is perfect, right across from Inca Rail if you are heading out to Machu Picchu or anywhere else nearby. Location is also great, close to the plaza and anywhere else you might explore in Cusco! 10/10 best place in the city!!
