「Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything.」

「Manage your expectations- the resort is not luxury or upscale, but was "fine" overall. Our family has been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts all across the Caribbean, so we have clear standards for what makes a resort good or great. The check in process was a bad. The deposit we paid to Expedia did not transfer to the hotel so we had to pay the whole amount at check in.
