「Everyone (staff) was so hospitable and pleasant from the moment of arrival through check-out. The food wasn’t as bad as I expected after reading the reviews but not a lot of options. 「Staff was almost impossible to find except for bar tenders and half of them had a bad attitude although the staff at the beach bar are great. I looked a the same lemon on the floor near the pool for 3 days straight and a plate of half eaten food on a ledge for 2 days that shows how much they clean」

「Staff is really nice! I wanted to love this place but unfortunately, where our room was, we were woken up everyday around 6AM to some kind of alarm going off for about 10 minutes on and off. We had shoe prints on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the tv barely worked. The beach beds did not have the QR codes as said so we waited for a long time for service. The food was- sadly .. not good in our opinion.」

We made reservations for dinner on two different nights, one on the beach and the other at the JFK Steakhouse. We also scheduled a massage and that was much needed. 「I had a beach front room. The view was beautiful, even from my room. My room was a couple of steps from the beach. Mambo blvd was within a few steps. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was some authentic Caribbean food.」
