「Had an amazing two weeks, didn’t want to come home!!」

「With the exception of the persons working at the bars and two individuals at Breeze restaurant the remainder of the staff that I came into contact with were unprofessional. I expected better but my treatment at your facility does not inspire me to return. My experience at the front desk was horrible even though it was eventually resolved, some staff in the restaurant were unhelpful when I sought assistance basic things such as cutlery. We came to celebrate a Friend's birthday and could not use...

「Staff could have been a little more helpful」

「My experience was mixed. The front-desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the beach restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, and I felt as though I had to approach the staff myself to follow up on my order rather than being attended to in a timely manner. I expected a more attentive and consistent level of service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience at the beach restaurant left me feeling overlooked and not fully taken...

「We really enjoyed our stay. I know some have issues with their not being a beach on-site but we really enjoyed the quietness of the resort and the opportunity to get away from everything. The staff was wonderful! Only thing that we would like to see better would be the food options for room service. It was hit or miss on quality and there was no variation and limited options unless you went to Dreams.」

「Great location and good snorkeling from the beach. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and would come back.」

「I really liked the attentive staff. Questions about anything, everyone was willing to go above and beyond. My sink my clogged my entire visit, that's the only negative. I didn't tell the front desk for whatever reason, I'm sure they would have addressed it. I'd stay here again.」

「The Royal Sea Aquarium sits on a beautiful, clean beachfront property with friendly, multilingual staff. However, the front desk is understaffed usually just one receptionist and one concierge, meaning check-in can easily take over 30 minutes after a long day of travel. The oceanfront rooms are spacious, clean, and feature true ocean views and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, genuine hospitality ends at the room door. Standard hotel conveniences like in-room coffee, shower caps, and ice...

「Amazing visit Thank you so much for all your help We definitely coming back again !!」

「Entire property was kept very nice and clean. Everything was great except the “second” bedroom didn’t have a tv and that was a bummer for those that stayed in that room. Very friendly place.」

「Excellent service all round」

「Stayed here the first half of my birthday trip & I loved it ! I initially book The Garden , & ended up wanting to switch to The Ivory & I fell in love with it ! The staff was helpful to a certain extent. They were speaking Spanish to one another & smirking when I requested to change rooms , & acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I guess they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish. Well you never know who’s bilingual & who’s not. They did not inform the person at the front desk , so when it...
