「This property needs an update and a complete cleaning. Carpets need replacing. There is hallway odor because of carpets. Eventually a staff member worked on the plumbing. He said the drains were badly stopped up. Pool broken, hot tub broken. Staff not friendly. We left a day early due to discomfort with facility.」

「Great visit, staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Only issue is that toilet in my room rocked when I sat down. I would always forget then I went past the desk. I would definitely stay again though.」
