「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「I absolutely loved this place, the staff and hosts were so incredible and the rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. The hotel itself offers complimentary breakfast which you can personalize. The room features a fully functional kitchen and the bathroom and bedroom are spacious. I could easily stay here an entire week. They also offer a complementary shuttle to the beach and they’re walking distance from popular destinations. I will be coming back here again!」

「There were finishing problems in the room I was in (room 610). The breakfast was very poor and unappetizing. I spent three nights there sleeping very poorly because of the heat. The central air conditioning was extremely noisy, to the point that I had to turn it off to sleep in the heat. On the first day, I asked the staff to change my room. They told me they would send a technician first, but they would first determine if a room could be changed. I never received a technician, and the room was...

「To whom it may concern, My family and I stayed at your hotel on 7/26-7/27. We thought this one night stay would be a great idea. Unfortunately the hotel room was unclear and outdated. The bathroom was unsanitary, the shower floor was stained and moldy . The complementary water was opened and it looked as someone had been drinking from it. This was very disappointing. We won’t be coming back there nor do we recommend it.」
