Lara at reception was wonderful- super excited we got a free upgrade - the staff go out of their way to make your stay happy and comfortable. "The location is absolutely superb very central near the beach near the shops. They had everything going on. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and checking in very easy inconvenient with a great create your own key card option. The room was fantastic. We had a deluxe family room with plenty of space comfortable beds. The only criticism would be that there is very little storage just a tiny little alcove space and space to hang clothes. There’s so much space in the room. It seemed a little bit strange not to have included Storage options. "

"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"
