A very pleasant stay even though it was very hot in Eton. The fan was most appreciated. We had a delicious breakfast. There were many choices on the menu.

Lovely property and the room we had on the 3rd floor was very big, clean and quiet. From the guest house to the pier is walkable only about a 10mins walk and plenty of shops around to grab snacks

Well decorated, gorgeous 4 poster bed, we had everything we needed. Good location for walking to centre and cafes and pubs even closer, seafront also.

I have stayed here a few times and have always found it to be clean and pleasant. Despite being an unmanned property I felt safe and always received check-in information timely. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate which was refilled on the morning
