「Staff were very helpful and courteous. Carpets and curtains were dated and worn but the friendliness and helpfulness of staff was good. The hotel provided clean sheets and towels and information about local entertainment and shops. Parking was an extra cost of £9.50 for 24 hours which was good for Brighton. Would need more information about how to use shower and TV. Great location for the beach, pier and entertainment. Good value overall. 」

「I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. 」
