Had a great stay

Had a great 2-night stay. Location absolutely amazing. Everything very easy, with good email communication from the hosts, both on arrival and before departure. The noise as mentioned in other reviews was present, but not bothersome to me. General upkeep and cleanliness not quite to hotel standard, but i dont expect that from an apartment.

Short stay

Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as the blinds do not block out much light in the mornings.

Good location but noisy at night.

Location in town is good but The Lanes are noisy at night, ear plugs required! The bed was hard, not just firm, but very hard, we couldn’t have done more than the three nights booked as it was uncomfortable. A bright orange street light shines in, would be helped by blackout blinds. No hooks for coats and nowhere to hang wet towels. Kitchen well equipped although we did not cook in it. Good for a short break.

Nice apartment - location central but very noisy

Place was very nice - but as it was hot and no air conditioning we would have liked to keep the window open. Unfortanately it was too noisy for this - and even with the window closed the noise from people in the street late at night kept me awake!
