The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for the marathon and they allowed us to leave our luggage and then let us return later for a shower. It was an unexpected treat which we were so grateful for as it allowed us to freshen up and not have to drive home sweaty. Thank you

The hotel staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was basic. The rooms are small and minimal, our bathroom smelt like sewer drains and stunk the whole room even with the windows open. The breakfast was not worth waking up for and the times were bad it should be open till 10am considering its an 11am check out. We had four rooms booked and each one was terrible, one had bird poo on the floors and the other had no toilet roll on arrival. We made do for the one night but wouldn't stay here again.

Clean, great value to be fair and friendly staff, with breakfast. Quiet and in a banging location... Good to check around as prices can differ...I got a fantastic price through Trivago And yes they do have a small percentage of people going through a tough time staying so if your not too snobby.. it's a winner for me , on a budget at the moment.

Was for a night after going for a charity fundraiser event so just need a place to stay after. Layout of the hotel is easy to navigate. Reception and cafe staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean and so was the room. ( Stairs were being mopped. Please put a wet floor sign at the top of the flight as would be a bit late if someone fell to the bottom) Hotel feels like it's stuck over 10yrs+ ago with Banksy canvases everywhere. But for a night stay it's perfect, if your not worried about a squeaky bed😂 Also the orange and bergamot hand and body wash in the dispensers smelt like bacon crisps. Would happily stay again if I'm looking for a budget hotel but will use my own shower gel. Breakfast was lovely after a night out. Full English (buffet) and continental availabile.
