Not bad

Pleasant stay. Bed comfy but very old and coming apart at the seams. Shower not hot enough for my liking. Bad smell coming from toilet. Room was on the 4th floor with no lifts so wasn’t pleased lugging suitcase down 4 flights of stairs (it was bought up for us). Considering it’s a small B&B, I think the option of a full English would have been great. Although there was lots of choices for the continental breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay with good service.

I had never been to Brighton before and my daughter who visited in the summer recommended I go for a few days. So I booked the Brighton House for a 3 night stay after reading the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. My friend and I arrived a bit earlier than the 2.00 pm check in we had already been told we could drop off our cases until the room was ready and were given a warm welcome by Ani. The hotel was situated very close to the beach front so we went for a walk until the room was ready. On return we were welcomed by Oliver who had already taken our bags to the room and over the duration of our stay was so helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. A hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee tray were provided. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We didn’t miss a cooked breakfast at all. Special mention for the boiled eggs and croissants. I would definitely return to this lovely gem of a hotel. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. A lovely stay at Brighton House as a solo traveller. Breakfast was great and staff were super nice and friendly. The location was perfect easy access to the main areas of Brighton, and felt safe returning back in the late evenings. Would stay again 🙂

A very nice stay

We were in Brighton for a conference. The hotel was ideally placed. Buffet breakfasts were very good, beds comfortable, bathroom modern and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Stairs to our basement room were steep but manageable. We’d stay there again.

Good , clean room located v near to beach

Comfortable clean room with bathroom . Single room . Had iron , hair drier, fan available in room ,if required . Breakfast left outside room at 8am , and was very substantial- heated croissant , a roll , yoghurt with granola, apple and more . Hotel is very near to beach and shopping area., and a good base to explore .the town . Staff at hotel were v helpful and friendly.

Great find in Brighton

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is well kept and brilliantly run. Check in was great and we were really welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered outside the door at 8am due to covid restrictions. We had no problem with this. The breakfast itself was lovely. We actually got too much so too some on our trips for snacking later. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It within close proximity to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel - 5 *

Absolutely fabulous. Hotel was easy to find and we were greeted upon arrival and booked in very quickly. Rooms were very clean and of a generous size. Bathrooms were squeaky clean too, being very spacious and modern. All staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Breakfast (served in our room due to COVID) was FABULOUS, really really good - and 100% for being environmentally friendly packaged. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Great, friendly B&B in perfect location

I chose Brighton House because I knew Regency Square was well placed for the beachfront and the town centre. he B&B itself was perfect. I was met by a very friendly person at reception who was efficient and made the whole check in process very easy. The surroundings are lovely, exactly what you would hope for from a property on Regency Square, elegant and smart. The room was great, it was small as I was only staying in a single, but had everything you could want including a nice clean bathroom with shower. Would definitely recommend to friends staying in Brighton/Hove.Breakfast was lovely too!

Super vriendelijke medewerkers. Ik had een kleine eenpersoons kamer, die zeer vernuftig was ingedeeld. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt met allerlei verse producten. Strand en zee op korte afstand en ook het centrum van Brighton is op loopafstand. Een fantastische plek!!

Ett väldigt trevligt litet hotell fem minuter från allt. Vi fick ett stort rum för tre, längst ner. Fräscht och väl städat. Sköna sängar. Det var så klart lite ljud, då det är enkel glas i fönstren, men det var helt ok. Helt underbar personal och underbar frukost. Skulle helt klart bo där igen.
