「Excellent 👌. I recently stayed at Hotel Langfords in Brighton, and everything about the experience was absolutely amazing. I’ll admit I was quite nervous about booking after reading some negative reviews online, but the reality was the complete opposite of what I saw; my stay was fantastic from start to finish. If you’re feeling hesitant based on what you’ve read, I would strongly encourage you to look past those comments and give them a chance—I am so glad I did, and I would definitely stay...

「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!」

「Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. 」
