「There was nowhere to eat. We walked into the hotel restaurant at around 6pm. The restaurant was almost empty, but were told they can’t serve us as we didn’t have a reservation. We asked if we can get room service we weee told no. We asked if we can eat at the outside terrace bar, we were told that was closed. We told staff repeatedly the restaurant next door on the promaenade was no longer serving dinner and we would like to have dinner at the restaurant. We were told we should walk around 10...

「The breakfast was terrible. We were told on arrival that a continental breakfast was only available. If a European guest was offered this meal, they would have truly insulted as we were .when we used this hotel last year, we had a full English breakfast which was very good. The food standards now are appalling.」
