The Swan Hotel is easily among the best I have stayed in my travels. The town of Arundel is charming, and the Swan Hotel is located in the heart. It is a well-maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful lamb Sunday roast with a great pint of cider. The room was cozy and quiet, with a superb view of the town and castle. I had a made-to-order breakfast that was delicious, filling, and complementary. There are not enough good things to say about the village, the people, and The Swan. Well worth a visit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The room was called a Snug and "Snug" it certainly was. Just about ok for 1 or 2 nights but for longer stays get a bigger room.

This was such an incredible place to stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating! The rooms were super clean and very quaint. Robes and slippers everything you need. The breakfast in the morning was great, one of the best omelets I’ve had, and our waitress was the sweetest! We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay on a tour around parts of the UK. The hotel was quiet even though I was expecting some traffic noise at night. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady working the breakfast room in the morning. Breakfast was super with a nice variety of choices and a very satisfying full English. Toast was super. Thanks for a great stay.

Good location, pretty room with Dyson fan and nespresso coffee. Great breakfast with friendly staff. We had a room to accommodate our 14 year old but the spare bed set up kept collapsing on her so she slept on the floor. Glad we were only there for one night. Would have mentioned to staff but no one around to check out to.

The Swan

Lovely pub and room was perfect for our stay. Nice touches with dressing gown and slippers .However bathroom was tired. Paper peeling off ceiling. Shower flooding taps loose. And you can't make a proper cup of tea with hot water from a coffee machine. Such a shame as teapig teabags too.

Lovely chap who checked us in and worked behind bar. Room small as we knew. Comfy. Nice shower and toiletries robes a slippers. Great biscuits tea a coffee. Breakfast excellent. Waitress amazing worked hard. In good area. Car park near.
