"The professionalism of the front of house staff made my check in very smooth . I am very pleased with the “ language “ used . No team members , they refer to each other respectfully by addressing each other as collègues . I like this approach . The lady in the front desk has it all going on , in her busy busy day , she took time to recognise me and wave as I entered the lift . I look forward to returning soon . Thank you for an enjoyable stay ."
