Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. "This hotel is in an ideal location and not far from points of interest. It is our 1st time to Citluk, near Medjugorje. The staff made us feel so welcome and was helping us plan our visit to the surrounding country side. The rooms are clean and modern and free Wifi. Hotel's personal in the reception and dining room were very efficient and helpful. The restaurant for dinner is very good.
