「首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。」

「From start to finish this hotel has what's most important......amazing staff. They booked our taxi from the airport, sent me ideas of places to visit during our stay, walked us up to our rooms on the 3rd floor and introduced me to Bosnian coffee at breakfast. Yes some guests will say the rooms need a little maintenance doing, but in the grand scheme of things it had everything you needed for a great stay. The hotel is less than a 5mins walk from Sacred Heart Cathedral in the middle of the Old...

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas...
