I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.」

「The biggest advantage of Hotel Europe Sarajevo is its location. It's very convenient, being close to many of Sarajevo's main attractions and just a short walk from Baščaršija, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job keeping everything clean. The waiters were also excellent throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and professional. Another useful feature is that the hotel has its own currency...

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas...
