Everything is wonderful but it would be nice if we could have had our bins emptied as we stayed for three days. There was even a washing machine that we could use, wonderful extra. The rooms, the beds, the cleanliness absolutely beautiful. The stairs are very steep so be aware of this, but I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful property.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Excellent location to walk over the famous bridge. The staff at Emen Hotel were so friendly, helpful and made our stay a joy. They even helped with our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was generous and the variety of plates were outstanding. We love this place and would come back here in an heartbeat. And Mostar is beautiful to visit!

We just traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik, stopping in Mostar along the way and these were the best beds, pillows and blankets we had in all of Europe! Air conditioning was also excellent! Great location and great breakfast!!!! Would highly recommend.

The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and professional, and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is located just 50 meters from a parking lot and about a 2-minute walk from Stari Most — the best location. The hotel’s restaurant gets a 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back.

The staff at Hotel Emen is super lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful we enjoyed it all. Hotel is super close to everything. We parked in the paid lot literally next to the hotel as it was really hot and busy around and found it to be most convenient for the single night we were there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location for walking through the old town area. We felt very safe…no issues. Room was large and spacious for our family of 4. Very clean. Nice balcony/patio area. The breakfast was epic…absolutely a highlight with a range of food for everyone with traditional coffee, pancakes, omelettes, meat, fruit, cheese, breads…my boys still talk about it when people ask about our holiday!!! ;-) staff were all lovely.
