「This is not hotel it’s just rooms pretending to be hotel in residential building!」

「They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. 「Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .」
