「The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. 」

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas...

「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」
