An oase in the middle of nowhere

Very spacious room and bathroom. Amazing view from rotating top restaurant on 15th floor. Popular bus groups from all over the world making a Balkan tour. Hotel is top but far from everything.

Staff was wonderful but this hotel is in dire need of an refreshing update. Felt very old, the walls were creaking all day and night, felt like it was falling apart. Breakfast was not acceptable.

Our rooms were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that, although the complimentary breakfast was amazing, some of the servers had attitude issues. I do not blame them. There was a rush of people who dined in for breakfast, but their attitude and demeanor as they worked on the buffet table affected the mood of the venue. We overlooked it, but Customer Service is key to having a top notch Hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. Excellent!

Rotating 15th floor restaurant

Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money.

All staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Hotel is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants, highways. I had stayed at Radon Plaza in the past, and since I had an early morning flight from Sarajevo International Airport, I opted to stay at Radon Plaza again. The reservation was booked via Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the young gentleman at the front desk could not locate the reservation and asked me to wait in the lobby despite me showing the reservation confirmation and the charge. After waiting for an hour, I asked him to double-check the reservation which had still not come through. He said he couldn't contact Hotels.com through their phone line. In the end, I contacted Hotels.com and asked them to call Radon Plaza reception and sort out the reservation. As someone who paid for my reservation and had previously stayed at Radon Plaza, I felt that I was not treated fairly. A customer should not be forced to wait for an hour and be expected to resolve the problem on their own.

Brilliant and fantastic

Really great hotel supported by friendly staff. I would like to thank Denis Memic and his staff for making both my friends and myself some late dinner which I had not planned in advance. He actually made it for us at very short notice and was very accommodating. The hotel is located close to the airport and is well positioned to visit the old town centre.

This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas station. Others are just minor problems, such as the hot water flow is a little small in the rain. I don't know if it is a problem with the water pressure. The guest room has a spacious dressing room and bathroom. The well-located bathroom can see the nearby charming houses. 7th floor The bathrooms on the upper floors are very comfortable to enjoy bathing in the warm sunshine. Although the breakfast is not as rich as Turkish ones, it tastes good. The service staff are also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.
