It was a really nice property. Very well located. I would defs stay at this hotel again! The staff is very kind and accommodating. Just be aware that if you come by car the overnight parking can add up, about 50euro for 24h at the closest parking lot.

We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand. We were so grateful to be able to check in seamlessly, and even during the check out process the next day, the lady at the desk named Sara was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!

The staff, especially Sarah, were wonderful and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist when they were asked. The breakfast was fresh with good variety. Rooms are air conditioned and the location is steps away from the old town. Hotel was renovated recently. Only improvement suggested is bathroom maintenances. Touch up painting and replacement of some broken tiles will make it look great.

If you haven't been to Sarajevo you should go. An amazing, friendly city. This was a lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Clean, safe, secure with a perfect breakfast to start the day. If you get a chance to try Senada's Bosnian coffee with your breakfast it's even better!

Hotel Petrakija has a good location within easy walking distance of the old town and other sites of interest. The hotel staff is informative and pleasant. The breakfast selection reminded me of East Germany just after the fall of the wall and is not commensurate with the rest of the hotel experience.

Very convenient location in the old town and close to the airport bus. The bathroom could do with a refresh, shower head is broken and the ceiling is mouldy. Otherwise, the breakfast is simple but absolutely fine. Great staff.

Lovely staff and good breakfast. Only issue was the parking which was a couple of minutes walk so hauling the multiple suitcases we had was a bit of an effort. Good central place to see the beautiful old town of Sarajevo with all the unique shops and stalls.
