Objective Review of My Hotel Stay and how to improve? 1. Room Cleanliness: The room with a patio was not clean. The carpet was very dirty and clearly not well-maintained. 2. Bathroom Issues: The shower leaked water outside the shower area. The bathroom floor was wooden, which was a poor choice and should have been ceramic. 3. Bathroom Fixtures: The bidet spray was on the wrong side and was constantly leaking, causing inconvenience. 4. Possible Bed Bugs: I experienced bug bites, suggesting a potential bed bug issue. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: The entire hotel is carpeted and felt dirty overall. They should consider removing the carpet and replacing it with ceramic or another easy-to-clean flooring option to improve cleanliness. 6. Breakfast Variety: Breakfast was the same every day for 10 days, which became very boring and lacked variety. 7. Breakfast Timing: Breakfast started at 8 AM, which was inconveniently late for early risers. 8. Food Quality: The restaurant food was not up to a four-star standard; I would rate it around two stars given the overall experience. 9. Appliances and Coffee Machine: The coffee machine is very old and the coffee quality is poor. Other appliances, like the toaster, also need upgrading. They should consider modernizing these to improve the overall experience.

We loved the quiet of the property. The walk to the cable car is steep, but worth it once, but it's better to drive into Sarajevo and park. The breakfast was wonderful with great staff at every turn.

Leider ist die Unterkunft mehr Schein als Sein. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet. Zu Silvester gab es ein Buffet, welches leider keine 45 Euro wert war. Das Essen war in Ordnung aber nicht perfekt. Das Schwimmbad war einfach und die Sauna nicht warm genug.

Schönes Hotel in der Natur

Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Flucht aus dem Alltag ideal. Es liegt zwar ein paar Meter höher als die Stadt, es lohnt sich aber, und in der Stadt ist man mit dem Taxi in gut 10-15min für einen fairen Preis, ca. KM 15.- Unser Standard-Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Aussenanlage und Umgebung können wir nicht voll beurteilen, es gab viel Schnee. Auf jeden Fall gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine coole Schlittelpiste beim Hotel, schöne Wanderwege, genug Sitzgelegenheiten, welche auch schön verteilt sind und eifach Natur pur. Das Personal welches uns bedient hat, war immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein grosses Lob, einen solchen Service haben wir selten erlebt. Was uns vorab nicht bewusst war, dass es in diesem Hotel keinen Alkohol gibt. Dafür bekommt man hier aber die besten Himbeer- und Blaubeer Säfte. Von der kulinarischen Seite war es in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war in den 3 Tagen immer das Gleiche, für mehrere Tage wäre es aber langweilig geworden. Das Angebot und Essen im Restaurant ist je nach Anforderungen und Vorstellungen, in Ordnung bis gut.

Excellent Hotel situated in trebević mountain in Bosnia just 15 minutes from the center via gondola. We stayed for 2 nights but then we decided to stay an additional night because there is a lot to do. Eventhough rooms were sold out, we were accommodated an extra night, big thank you to the manager. I have to say that this hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and the service is excellent. The food is top notch and everything is home made. We will definitely be back.
