We found a urine stained sheet in the room. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite the staff denying it we saw a woman carry in a stack of cigarettes. It was a disgusting hotel. I don’t recommend it

Maybe it's me, but I didn't even mind the room being a bit dusty, the door know being broken, the lock on the bathroom being broken, the towel heat rack being broken, the airco being broken, the safe being broken, the rain shower head being broken, the toilet seat being broken and the hairdryer being broken as long as I have light and water and cleanliness. I told the staff so they could fix it for me or for the next guest, especially since the site said they would have airco. The reaction I got is "only one thing we found is broken, so what do you want, what else is broken", so I started listing the things and she interrupted me saying "well yeah we know about that but we cannot fix it right now can we". So, you lied about only one thing being broken and it flabbergasted me. And to top it off a couple of days later I heard the same lady arguing with a Turkish guest who said there was a problem and she said, "well of course you know better, right"??? So, impertinent. Cannot say who it was because of the rules, but the housekeeper at least tried her best even though she doesn't speak Enlgish. But mainly the other lady's treatment on top of everything that's broken leaded me to dislike it a lot.

It is a 5* hotel from the view point of view. Regrettably about 1 or 2 * from the room and facilities point of view.

The location is good, but the entrance to the hotel gave me an uneasy feeling. Nothing indicates that there is a hotel here. You have to take the elevator up to the 9th floor where the reception is. In my room, 104, there was a noise on and off that made it difficult to sleep. Many cafes in the area, old town in walking distance, and reliable pickup at the airport. But i will choose another hotel in the future.

Their internet goes in an out of service. Get more reliable internet. They should wash their toilets before guests arrive. Nice rooftop, but if it rains there is no coverage. I chose this spot for the location and view only. Otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen it. Also it is on the 9th floor so it’s nice and away from street traffic. Room is normal and clean otherwise, except Tue toilet rim. Also, during the rain, random street people entered the building to take shelter from rain, low security. Great for shopping and walking.

Har tidigare besökt detta hotell ett flertal gånger, Gillar att det är så centralt vilket är smidigt. Dock kommer jag aldrig mer sätta min fot på detta hotell. Vi fick ett familjerum dock varken kuddar eller täckt för hela familjen. Bad om en extra kudde, med ett halvdåligt bemötande. Extrasängen var där en fjäder som gick rakt upp i ryggen.

Hotellet var sisådär, men utsikten var riktigt bra. Frukosten var inte så bra, det var dubbelrum med två sängar på 70 bred och min säng var riktigt mjuk och inte bra att sova i. Personalen var trevliga och servicen var bra, men 4 stjärnor på hotellet är det inte.

Pros: Perfect location and great view. Hotel staff was friendly. Cons: Toilet seat was broken and high. Rooms are only accessible with lift at 9th floor. I was worrying what if the lift was broken. Also incase of a fire Im not sure what would happen.

Sarajevo trip

The hotel is brilliantly placed, a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the old town. It one of the tallest buildings in the area so is easy to spot even if you're slightly lost. Be aware that the reception is on the 9th floor, accessible by lift but if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor then you only have stairs as there is no lift beyond the 9th floor. The restaurant terrace is a great place to enjoy a meal or a coffee and has great views of the city. This is a clean and comfortable hotel, well placed with friendly and helpful staff, i would definitely recommend. A big thanks to Alia on reception, she was super helpful and friendly and a real asset to the hotel.
