「雖然酒店位置比較隱蔽，但check-in後安排車位十分滿意，員工幫我幫我們取行李由停車場取到酒店去，之後由經理親自接待我們，講解當地重點旅遊景點。因為我們是比較夜到，經理親自安排酒店餐廳為我們準備晚餐。 」

「The bathroom smelled badly. The shower door rail was broken. There were no chairs, tables, or even cups in the room. They did provide a free continental breakfast.」

「Nice family run hotel in old town Mostar. Very short walk to the bridge. There is affordable parking right next door. I loved that the ac was on and my room was cool, when I first arrived. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing!」

「The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and with a big lobby with plenty of tables to hang around and meditate. The only downside is the room AC when the heat was getting too much, the AC wasn't enough.」

「My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Hotel MM residence. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Equipped with various furniture making us feel like being home. Breakfast is freshly made from the kitchen, tasty and nutritious. Most of all, the service is warm and helpful. I’ll definitely choose here to stay if I ever had a chance to be in Mostar again in the future.」
