Very nice property and comfortable clean room. I liked the Catholic/religious themed decorations. Breakfast was good - you can order eggs the way you like them. A bit pricey at 10 euros. One downside - the hotel desk is not always manned so when we left we just left our keys and assumed our payment was okay. Second downside - No conditioner in the bathroom. No microwave and no tea/coffee sets. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs as we were there for pilgrimage.

Nice place but wish that rooms were cleaned.

The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly and willing to help. The rooms were not kept clean. I expected daily service but often it was just a change of towels, and the bed was not made. Found that the bathroom was not swept or mopped.

Hotel is spotless. Rooms are very basic but clean. They supply no extras so bring your soap, shampoo and conditioner. The sheets are very scratchy. Not sure if this is a Bosnian thing, this is our first Bosnian stop. If I return I will bring my own sheets. The hotel had switched to ‘heat’ so we couldn’t cool down the room without opening the window. That let in dozens of mosquitos that buzzed around all night. This seems to be one of the only hotels here w king size beds. However the blanket is queen size. It’s hard to share. We had a mountain view that is beautiful.

Outstanding hotel!

Thus hotel is outstanding. As we joined a spiritual journey to Medjugorje, we knew we would be busy and in need of comfort. It would be difficult to beat the Palace for all your needs, and the quiet solitude, with an incredible view of Apparition Hill. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Excellent location, walking distance from the church and stores. It has nice and clean rooms. We stayed at one room facing the mountain and it was gorgeous. The hotel staff made sure you are comfortable, the went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
