We’ve had a lovely stay here. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very kind and helpful. My husband has been excited to wake up every morning for the gorgeous breakfast. I’m writing this review as I enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony taking in the sweet ocean breeze and listening to the cheerful birds.

This hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Dubrovnik oldtown. It is really quiet and peaceful beach front hotel. Hotel breakfasts was good and nearby restaurants served very tasty food. I really enjoyed the stay.

The property is beautifully located at the beach, with rooms overlooking the beach. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is good. Dubrovnik city center and the airport are both conveniently located, only 15 minutes by car. There is also the possibility to take a scenic water taxi to the city. The hotel provides the perfect balance between beach and city. To note that we were there in low season, so crowds were manageable and the beach not overcrowded. I can really recommend Maistra Select Mlini Hotel

Alle Zimmer haben Blick auf dem Strand. Tolles Frühstück. Toller Strand und Wasser. Restaurants in der Nähe. Dubrovnik ist in 15 min mit Uber oder Wassertaxi zu erreichen. Wer also diese Kombi von Ruhe und dennoch nicht weit von Aktion möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Aufenthalt Ende April.

We were in the annexe with a sea view. The room was a bit dark and needed a bit of repair and attention here and there, particularly in the bathroom where the shower screen leaked, the shower head was set too low and the tile grout needed a good clean. The tables needed a good clean too. Otherwise the room was comfortable. Breakfast was in the main hotel which was a short walk across the car park/courtyard. Great selection and good quality. Dinner buffet also very good, but the fish had lots of bones and some things were a bit overcooked. Lots of choice. Free water available in the reception area and lobby was welcoming and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately we were misadvised about transport and were told there was a bus from the top of the hill but when we had walked up the many steps, we found they didn’t run on Sundays. We were also told there was no boat to Dubrovnik at this time of year but later found that there was. Pool and games in the neighbouring larger hotel which is more child friendly with playpark etc. Pool was large and clean with sunbeds and free towels. The setting was wonderful with a little pebble beach and a seafront road with various restaurants and bars and a little harbour. We would stay again, but would say it’s more three stars than four.

In my humble opinion, the Mlini Hotel is a sweet gem on the Adriatic. Just returned from spending a lovely week in Croatia. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. My room was on the second floor overlooking the water. I loved the rain shower and hand held in the shower. Also appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. One item I just absolutely loved was keeping my balcony door open in the evening and hearing the crashing of the waves. ❤️. It made for such a relaxing bedtime. The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel’s front door. It’s tiny and precious. I did not feel the uncomfort of having to deal with a hoard of people. It felt like my own private island. The nearby restaurant made for a great place to enjoy a beer and watch the picturesque sunsets. Breakfast at the hotel was serviceable and had a nice variety. But I do not recommend the dinner buffet. It just felt like a hodgepodge of food with no real focus. At the restaurant, I do have to give a shout out to Mladen. I believe he supervises food services. He was so charming. I enjoyed speaking to him each day I was there. Another good feature of the hotel is its location. It only cost 15-17 US dollars using Uber to reach the hotel. And it only cost 10-12 US dollars, once again using Uber, to get to Old Town Dubrovnik. If I have a chance to make it back to Croatia, I will definitely consider staying at the Mlini Hotel once again.

The hotel is in a great location for the water Taxi’s which run between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, Mlini is right in the middle so water taxi either way regularly. It was still out of season during our stay so not everything in the local area was open or had full menus. Little shopping Mall 20 minutes walk and bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Lovely area scenery is stunning. I think all rooms in the hotel have a sea view from balcony, rooms very clean and house service everyday. Buffet breakfast was good something for everyone. All in all a fantastic break had and would return.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

We stayed in a beautiful sea view suite for my sisters 40th. We had a small lounge area, huge bathroom and bedroom and a lovely quiet balcony. Plenty space for us! The hotel is gorgeous, private and quiet which was perfect for us. Staff were all friendly and helpful
