「Everything was good ! Location to Cades Cove was excellent! Room was nice but bathroom was small and needed updating . Outlets on night tables didn’t work . Breakfast was simple but good selections - no hot food . overall it was a good stay for a long weekend.」

「Some parts seem out of date and others were good. Clean room and lobby. Shower was terrible and bed way too soft. We didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi in the bedroom but sure looked like it would take forever to fill up as it was massive. Overall not bad though. Large room.」

「This place was clean and friendly people we would stay again. The bed is hard but everything else was great!」

「Traveled there for a weekend and just needed a place to stay. Breakfast was charming and staff was helpful.」

「The room and the views were wonderful. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes being served over our four day stay. The breakfast staff were very friendly. 「Good.」

「Very old environment, needs paint, baseboards missing in stairwell, fan between bedroom and living room (to circulate air conditioning) needs cleaning and/or painting. Carpet and cabinets need cleaning. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean and functional - that was all we needed. We would not recommend for anything more.」

「Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.」

「Got there and checked it and everything went smooth. Got a key yes a real key and it inside was clean and bed was very comfortable . Same for bathroom. There was a balcony over looking the foothills too. Beautiful area. Will be back!」

「Lovely place to stay. Staff friendly, room clean, loved the hot tub.」
