「The staff was great. The rooms were clean. This is an older motel but it’s maintained really well. Although we didn’t bring a pet, the have 3 or 4 pet friendly rooms. The motel is really close to the entrance of the park and the are several places to eat near by. Also the rates are quite reasonable. We will definitely stay there again.」

「This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed...
