「Our stay at The Crane was a disappointing experience, especially as it was our 26th wedding anniversary and first visit to Barbados. We expected a world-class resort, but it fell short of expectations. Service was consistently poor, particularly in response times. On two of three nights, the air conditioning in our room failed. 「The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.」

「This is a very nice property right on the beach with a really nice beach. The staff was helpful and anyway needed and answer any questions you had. The rooms were nice clean and there is AC that worked well after a hot day out the Sun. Definitely thinking about going back to this hotel because of the staff and everything. Also there was a nice selection of restaurants nearby that you can walk to within about 15 minutes.」
