「It was disgusting and filthy. I was up all night afraid of bugs. Bathroom floor was filthy. The three twins beds in room ??? Elevator was disgusting Staff actung like I was bothering them to check in. We booked by mistake. WHAT A MISTAKE. 」

「Very disappointed in our stay. A lot of amenities were closed. This place just isn’t what it use to be. The music at the pool is absolutely terrible and very loud. I felt like I was at a retirement community pool and I’m 40 years old. 」
