Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )

The place was as advertised though the because of the size and layout of the room and the very small kitchen, I wouldn't recommend 6 people in a room. There were only 2 of us in a room for 6 and we were comfortable, we used the bunk beds to store baggage. We lost several hours of our vacation time trying to confirm our reservations because of a booking problem with Expedia (they said everything was fine but the hotel had no record of our reservation) but the person at the desk when we arrived was very helpful in resolving the issue. Unfortunately the people staying in the next room couldn't go elsewhere to smoke their dope and stunk up the entire 6th floor, the elevator and the stairwell. We couldn't enjoy the beach view from the balcony or leave our door open because of the smell. This was no fault of the hotel though they should have tracked down the problem sooner. The hotel is very conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. And it's steps from the beach!! I would stay here again.

When we first walked into the hotel room, it had a mildew smell. So it possibly needs to be really deep clean. They should clean the room every day, sweep and change the linens because of the amount of sand that goes through the rooms. Clean the shower floors, possibly add some type of a rug beside the bed and doors and should not ask your guest to take out their own trash. Especially for the amount of money I spent to stay at this hotel. Air-conditioning sounded very old and rattling possibly needs an update. The air filter needed to be changed really bad as well. All ceiling fans had black mold on them. Compliment: the beach access and view was great. The pool was very clean and nice. There was no hot tub though which is what we thought was available. It was in great walking distance too many local venues. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location again.

Room was not very clean and furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. We booked a room for 4 people. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the first night, they didn’t have bedding for it. No sheets or blankets.

Location of the condo was perfect, but the interior was dated and furniture was stained and dirty. However, the flooring, bathroom, and bedding were clean. The first night our toilet clogged, but we were able to fix that on our own with the plunger. Also, the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there was nothing provided for coffee/tea like you may find in other hotels. Overall, stay was good.

We spent a total of 6 hours in this hotel only because we arrived at midnight and had nowhere else to go. Bathroom had mold and mildew , ceiling fan with inch thick dust that precipitated an asthma attack. We paid for two nights. Orbitz , the hotel manager, and the management company all refused to refund anything despite us contacting them immediately and providing pictures of the hazardous conditions we were placed in.
