「Great place, awesome staff. Food was good, I’d recommend. The only thing that was an issue for us was our A/C fan was a little loud and the walls on the 15th floor are pretty thin. Overall, I’d recommend to anyone and I’d go back and stay again for sure.」

「Definitely enough things to do with the kiddos and family all together. Staff was super friendly and food was delicious although a little to much $$$$ for the food for sure :). But overall we will be coming back again. Only recommendation is to make any reservations you want before you get there.」

「Astronomical prices for an average hotel. The bathroom wasn't super clean and it was super uncomfortable. What is worst that hidden fees were held from my account without my authorization or any logic behind it. We are talking about almost $400 held in between 2 days besides with no prior communication or explanation. The people at the front desk were dismissive. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. 」

「Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill.
