「Hotel is about a 15min ride taking the shuttle. Beds are extremely comfortable, had the best night sleep. Staff is very accommodating and they're prepared at the front desk to exchange big bills to ones for tipping. Great stay and 💯% recommend this resort」

「Beware when you book Divi hotels Aruba.We chose all inclusive & paid good $ and they put us up at the Divi Dutch village and told us that the all inclusive was not included.They wanted us to pay $200-$250 per adult each day for the all inclusive package!We were upset but ate dinners and some breakfast outside the resort and on site because Aruba has great food and great restaurants so we made the best of our 5 day trip.」

「The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the...

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...
