「An amazing experience. All the staff and hotel were TOP!」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived; however, Denis was instrumental in making sure that the room was properly sanitized and cleaned before I placed my luggage and belongings in my suite. Denis was very helpful during my stay. Carlos and Marjorie were also helpful in assisting me.」
