「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「We stayed one week in one of the wagons, and enjoyed it very much. Our wagon was intimate, but very unique. It is a truly beautiful and cozy place, something out of the ordinary. As long as you understand that this is not your mainstream resort, you’ll have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is super. The breakfast was great, and we used the outdoor kitchen a few times. It’s a bit rugged, but nice. It is very useful to have a car to get around. 」

「We stayed in a mini suite in the back part of the property. The design of the suite was very thoughtful. Each small item in the suite was something a guest would likely need but nothing more. It was set up just right for a compact space. There is a fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave/oven, dishwasher so that you can cook in the suite. 「Great location and service for a family trip, easily walkable to restaurants and shops nearby Palm Beach. The rooms are pretty basic rooms that you would find at any Hyatt property, but you are more so paying for the amenities and location. 」
