「The staff did an excellent job cleaning and stocking the rooms. The towels had a lovely clean smell and the shampoo, shower gel and lotion from Crabtree were lovely. Our waiter at The Laguna, Alex was amazing. He remembered us from day to day anticipated our needs and gave us wonderful advice and information about the island. Wonderful, wonderful staff and facilities!」

「Good location even though it’s not on the beach. Room setup was perfect for 4 family members, two bedroom two full bathrooms helped when we were getting back from the beach and getting ready to go out for dinner. The beach setup was somewhat small in front of Moomba beach restaurant. The hotel might be better for people looking to explore the island than setup on one beach and not leave for the trip. Close to many restaurants and shops to explore. 」

I had the Aruban breakfast at Ike's every morning which was very tasty, and after I got injured during an excursion outside of the resort the front desk staff gave me first aid which I really appreciated.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Very clean, all the needful are stocked. Staff was amazing and hospitable. Quiet and yet u walk out of the hotel, the beach is just across bustling with people and other restaurants. So u can have ur peace and quiet when u get back to the hotel. Food was also very good at their cafe. Reasonable price. Breakfast is free and healthy to get ur day started.」

「We stayed at the Mill for 5 nights and the rooms were clean, updated and spacious. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to Gianni's and accessible to the beach via the resort golf shuttle or easily walkable. The resort provides towels for the pool and beach and the happy hours were great. It’s very private, all the pools are so neat, the private beach dock is BEAUTIFUL, and the most surprising but fun perk was the dogs!!!
