「The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!」

Housekeeping was a major let down - we’re not picky, very reasonable, but house keeping didn’t have our room ready till around 4:20 (that’s fine) but they did not clean our room the following two days (the first day not at all and the second day, they replaced the towels, didn’t make the bed and left the balcony doors wide open- and the rooms hot enough with the weak air conditioner (probably 77-80 F although set to...

「It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point.」

「me and my girls were treated like a queen and princess and the staff were top notch and our personal butler Camilo went above and beyond taking care of us! we will come back to this amazing hotel for sure! The only downfall was the super expensive food on site and even though we understand Aruba is expensive in general at the property was double!」

「This is the place! Marial and Dirk are amazing hosts and the property is perfect! Located close enough to all major attractions/places but still in the local area so you get the best of both worlds. We were here for a week to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rent a car and know that GPS says you've arrived but the property is to the left off of sero Blanco. Absolutely amazing stay and we hope to return soon!」
