Clean and spacious modern rooms with close access to the beach. Food is delicious. Each restaurant experience is unique. Dining locations are sensitive to those with allergies/special dietary needs. Tap water is very drinkable-no need to stick to bottled water. We went at a crowded time, but we still were able to get beach chairs and dine without waiting. Only problem we encountered was difficulty getting clean beach towels. Overall, an excellent and relaxing vacation.

SOLID BUT INCONSISTENT Amazing location, gorgeous water and setting, good restaurants, BUT the service and quality was always inconsistent. Also, getting a reservation at the restaurants on the property was a nightmare, people wake up at midnight to reserve spots at reasonable hours, seemed ridiculous. All in, great property, but some days I would have the best burger at the bar and the next day, different person, just sucked. The lack of consistency is why it gets 3.5-4 stars

This was my 7th visit to the Divi All Inclusive. Was disappointed in the breakfast meal. I had to wait in line for coffee, only 1 machine for all the guests. Come on, mostly everyone wants coffee at breakfast! There used to be pots of coffee available. Also, had to return my omelet 2x, wasn’t cooked, wrong ingredients. I know it sounds petty but we pay a lot of $ to stay here! Otherwise everything else was fantastic, the lunch, dinners, and drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations at all of the restaurants. The meals were top notch. Room was clean and staff were always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Couldn't ask for much more from an all-inclusive. The buffet was expansive and varied, the rooms were decent and cleaned very well, and the beach was A++ across the board. Would definitely return and recommend.

Staff were top notch. Very clean. Need some entertainment during the day. Was pretty boring at the pool compared to other places. They need to liven up every day. Beach was beautiful and the people working the grounds were always working to keep it clean. The staff however, specifically the bartenders were extremely un friendly and rude, you could tell they did not want to be there and all of the guests were nothing but annoyance's to them. We would not go back or recommend the Divi to anyone and would not stay there again because of how rude they were. Very disappointed

Some rooms are renovated which are much nicer than the older rooms. Food was great at all restaurants and buffets. And the beach was clean white sand and blue waters! Overall I give a four star because of the original room that they tried to give me. I paid for ocean view room but did not receive that originally. Spoke with Kim at the front desk and they resolved it real fast.

This was our second time at Divi and we plan on coming back many more times. Beautiful area with beautiful beach and you get to share with their sister hotel which is a 5minute work. Download the app and you can make reservations for dinner 2 days out.

The people of Aruba are AMAZING! And I mean everyone. From the hotel to taxis the shops and casinos. Everywhere we went there was a friendly face. The people make this island. Only downside at the hotel is that you have to get up early to “reserve” a palapa. The hotel must allow non residents of the hotel to use them because you can tell who is not staying which is too bad. You need the shade if you’re staying on the beach all day. Food was delicious and it sits on a beautiful beach. We had no problem getting dinner reservations by using their app. Towels are plenty too. Hope to be back and we will stay at the Divi!

Nothing beats Aruba in general. First time there and cannot wait to go back. Rooms were a little dated and not what they show on their website but you’re barely in the room so wasn’t a big deal. It’s clean and you sleep. They only clean the room once a day (no turn down service) have to request extra pillows and towels but they come right with it. The beach is a 10/10. Pools are basic but we spent all our time at the beach because of the constant breeze and gorgeous water. Food is delicious and lots of options with having the tamarjin side. No swim up bars at the pool also another reason we just stayed at the beach. Wish the bar opened at 10a vs 11a because I would like my bloody with bfast or right after. You can also tell other guests felt the same way because the bar gets swarmed right when it opens up. They don’t serve liquor at the buffet since the bar isn’t open. Overall amazing trip and definitely will be back.
