「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Very convenient, staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean with enough space.」

「Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.」

「The best of Islay」

「Staff was very nice and cooperative. MUSIC from clubs on street on Saturdayand Sunday quite loud, and didn’t stop until 2:00 AM.」

「Bathroom smell bad. 4ppl room only provide 2ppl towel」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「This has to be my favorite hotel in the history of hotels, which is one impressive feat. The location, the convenience, the modern rooms with actual useful amenities and excellent safety features…10/10」

「Friendly staff and good breakfast!」

「Too close to the pub area, single glaze windows not good enough to block the noise from the pubs, very noisy at night 」
