The Address Glasgow

"We stayed in an accessible club double room. We liked the quirky decor in the hotel. There was pink algae on the tiles in the shower and on the shower curtain which really took away from the look and feel of what is an otherwise really nice hotel. The staff listened to our issue with the room but no options to move us to another one. The bar tender Ben in the cocktail bar was amazing. Very entertaining, he didn’t just make drinks he put on a show and got everyone in the bar involved. We would definitely stay there again based on the experience we had in the cocktail bar alone. The location of the hotel is great and very central."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station and right by the main shopping streets. The room was very well equipped, and the complimentary minibar was also impressively well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was excellent. The doormen were extremely attentive and courteous and helpful provided a very warm atmosphere. The beds in the room, however, are extremely stiff. Both my wife and my backs were hurting after sleeping. The bathroom was set up well, and the desk working area was away from the beds."

Rooms were bright and tidy and had everything we needed and loved the bed/couch positions. We stayed here on our 1st night after arriving from USA and got a good nights sleep."
