"Every basic thing I needed, clean and working and organized. No frills on anything else. The walls (and floors!) seemed thin and you could here others in all the rooms, and when walking on the floors they seemed to also echo sound. But I slept well and that's what matters."

"The design of the property artistically preserved the building's old exterior with a contemporary interior design. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Our room was well designed, clean and comfortable. Importantly there was ample light during the day and night. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated that there is a gym; although the space is small."

"The two story room was awesome - the views are spectacular. However, the room needs a refurbishment. The couch and furniture were a bit beat up. The rug could be replaced, and a better railing on the steps. Otherwise, a great property, nice staff, great location, and awesome views."

"Great location just a block off the pedestrian only city centre walking areas. Really good for parking too - underground lot entered into from behind the hotel just be ready for those wicked switchbacks going from floor to floor. Rooms good, bar area very nice, strong breakfast with haggis and potato scones available and good."
