Excellent hotel, very clean and disabled friendly.the rooms are perfect,very comfortable beds and love the dove bodywash/handwash,really nice touch . All staff were extremely polite & very helpful. Car park is directly opposite the hotel. Shops are close by, all down hill. Many restaurants very close by. The only downside was the roadworks all around the building. But on the upside ,you don’t hear anything inside the rooms, they are pretty much soundproof,whoop whoop

The staff at this hotel were so helpful, pleasant and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious, good quality food. We couldn't have wished for a better stay.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The room was very clean and matched the description. There was just some construction going on outside. The staff were also delightful and we received great recommendations for restaurants.
