「It was a last minute booking. I arrived to the front desk. An adult welcomed me and said- well this is the last room we have just released. Good. Check in and of to the room. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired.
