"Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice room "

"Great location about 3 blocks from 34th St/PennStation/MSG subway stop in Midtown. Walking distance to Times Sq and Theatre District- I liked that it was close to TS but you could get away from the crowds. Lots of coffee shops close by. Our room was small but that's typical for NYC hotels. The most impressive thing was how quiet the room was! I never heard any street noise or hall noise the entire time. You would never know you were in Midtown Manhattan! My only criticism was the air conditioner was loud- I don't love window units- but other than that, I would stay here again! The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Comfy, good food, great shower"

"Room cleaning was made every other day unless if requested. I learned it on my second day, and not upon arrival, so after a day out I was desapointed to see my room not clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned which was done immediately. I also asked for my room to be cleaned the next day as instructed. Well, when I came back the next day to my room after a day of walking outside in the rain, my room hasn’t been made yet. I called and requested the room to be clean and explained what happened the day before. I waited 20 min., but no one came. I went to the lobby to complain, and was told that they were going to take care of it. I waited in the bar and came back an hour later after my arrival to see a set new set of dry towels, but the room still not cleaned! I called again and requested the room to be cleaned, which was done. Since I spent most of the day outside and it rained a lot, my jeans and socks were still wet. The staff was overall nice, but made it clear that I was bothering them and that I was to be patient. I thought it was insulting! "

"Decent enough, needs a little tlc in the bathrooms, loose fixtures and mold around the dispensers in the shower. The window would not close completely, we didn’t mind being on the 16th floor and we like it cooler when sleeping. Beds are firm. Close proximity to a lot of places within a 20 minute walk. Bus and train are within 3-5 minutes. "

"Me encantó el hotel Arlo NoMad. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes caminar a muchísimos lugares en Manhattan. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy modernas, limpias y con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. El rooftop tiene una vista espectacular, especialmente al atardecer y de noche. El ambiente del hotel es joven, moderno y muy NYC vibe. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí."

"Very expensive $100 a day deposit that was not disclosed beforehand. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, no bags in the trash cans and also no microwave. For the price we paid I expected better "
