While it’s a fair value for the price, the key card readers were a constant frustration; it took multiple attempts to enter my room every time, and I even had to get my card reprogrammed. Other guests mentioned having the same issue. On my final day, there was a strong, unpleasant fish odor throughout the hallways. It’s a decent budget option, but I’d likely look for other accommodations before returning."

"When I first walked in, it smelled like gas or propane, some type of fuel I asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable staying there with that odor. I was told at the front desk that it was too late to get a refund, which I think is fraudulent because when I booked it, I wasn’t in the presence of the hotel to smell that odor. I would’ve never booked a room there. And I nor any family member will ever book a room at a Hampton Inn again."

"Rooms had great views of the beach. Very spacious, Great for longer stays. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. A one night stay to watch the sunrise and KSC. This hotel was a welcome rest after a long day travelling."
